Marisol Kusbel, D.D.S.
Marisol Kusbel, DDS, is a native San Antonian. She is a graduate of South San West Campus High School and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Dr. Kusbel graduated with honors from the University of Texas at San Antonio Health Science Center receiving a Doctorate of Dental Surgery with a Distinction in Research. UTHSCSA Dental School has been one of the top ranked dental schools in the nation since 1993. While attending UTHSCSA, Dr. Kusbel presented clinical research at several national conferences and was published in the Texas Dental Journal in 2013 on the topic of ‘Oral Appliance Therapy in the Management of Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
Dr. Kusbel is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry pursuing a fellowship and has been associated with other groups, such as Hispanic Dental Association and the American Dental Association.

With over 28 years of experience in the dental field, Katrina Garcia is a seasoned Practice Director and licensed dental hygienist committed to excellence in patient care and team leadership. A proud graduate of Health Careers High School, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and a master’s degree in Health Leadership from Western Governors University.
Throughout her career, Katrina has seamlessly combined clinical experience with strategic leadership to improve patient outcomes, optimize practice operations, and cultivate positive, growth-oriented team cultures. She is passionate about advancing preventive care, supporting professional development, and driving innovation in dentistry to ensure every patient receives compassionate, high-quality care.

Lupe is a dedicated dental assistant with 4 years of hands-on experience providing exceptional patient care and clinical support. A proud graduate of Concord College, she is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. Outside of the office, she is a proud mother of six, balancing a busy family life with her commitment to oral health and professional growth.
Pauline Ibarra
Pauline is a dedicated medical and dental professional with over 30 years of experience. She graduated from the San Antonio College of Medical and Dental Assistants in June 1995, and for the next 25 years, she served as a lead dental assistant, honing her skills and building strong relationships with patients and colleagues alike.
In addition to her role as an assistant, she has always enjoyed helping in the front office, supporting the team with administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth workflow. For the past five years, she transitioned into a full-time front office role, where she continues to thrive. She takes great pride in assisting patients with their appointments, answering questions about insurance, and providing the care and attention that our patients deserve.
